Wheeling, West Virginia

Built around 1910 to 1915, the building also is known as the Absure Tower or National Bank of West Virginia. The architect was Charles Bates who was born in 1879 and started practicing architecture in 1904 in Chicago and Pittsburg before moving back to his hometown of Wheeling. (My source is Emporis)
