 Huntington, West Virginia This is the scene looking out over the eastern part of the city with the Ohio River and the state of Ohio in the background. This was shot on Tuesday, a very gray and overcast day in more ways than one for the state. Although living in Kentucky, the residents of my community probably feel more of a connection with West Virginia than Kentucky. Our television and radio stations broadcasts from there, so the mine disaster hit closer to home than many of the other national disasters of late. Our thoughts are with those families.
