 Keeneland Lexington, Kentucky I made it to the fall racing meet during a weekend visit to the University of Kentucky. I wanted to return for a photo outing with the Ohio Valley Camera Club but things seemed to always be in the way so that trip will have to wait until spring. The Fall Meet is pretty short with the main racing (and best photography) being with the Spring meet anyway. Racing starts at 1pm and soon after that the autumn sun starts dropping down the far side of the track, making photography a bit challenging. It is still a wonderful time to be outside and I think we ended up breaking even, family wise, with my wife winning just about as much as I lost. Comment (0) | Permalink |
