Here is a shot of a business that I've wanted to photograph for a long while. I'm not sure if they are still in business or not so have been worrying the building would disappear. This is a quick snap from the highway as well as a quick B&W conversion in FastStone Image Viewer using a simple desaturation with contrast boost and some curve toning. I didn't want to skip the day and cause another string of missed postings. After a whole month of going at my own pace, this week has ended up being a fast one. FastStone stripped the exif data, the camera was the SL1 with the kit lens at 55mm. The 16x6 crop format works really well when you need to eliminate a foreground fence and part of a sky since you still keep the native width (or close to it, in this case).
