Here is another shot from the last museum trip, this vase being behind glass and so a bit tricky with the reflections.  This past week, I cooked up a mess of greens from the garden by using Alton Brown's Lemon Sesame Glazed Green recipe (link to the Food Network found here).  It turned out pretty good, most of the folks around here flood their greens with vinegar and this recipe used lemon juice for the acidity and didn't require any vinegar at all.  I only used about 3/4 pound of greens and I would say the recommendation of 1 to 1 1/4 pound should be folllowed, mine had just a bit too much pepper and lemon.  Next week I'll try something new, my $4.00 investment in seeds has grown enough for a city block.
