Here is a shot I made from the passenger side during a drive to Portsmouth Ohio last month.  Drive-by shots are fun, sometimes just for the psycho-analysis of what you get to see.  This is a place I admire, you see a love of Martin boxes, a bluebird box, someone who likes a good porch swing that is set next to the garage and away from the main home as well as a nice back porch right off the living space.  Then you have an apple tree in the side yard, a bee-hive,  a good tractor with a deep plow attached, and great attic ventilation.  A man who could probably hold down a pretty good conversation on a number of topics.

I had expected a lot of snow pictures this winter.

Years of such experience had taught her that blessed are
they who expect nothing, for they shall not be disappointed.
